1. Credits Policy
Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive credits due to a technical error
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any of the purchased credits
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credits that have been partially or fully used
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (results may vary by input)
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
4. Task Failures
If a task fails due to a system error on our end, the Credits consumed by that task will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@deepswapai.io with your order ID and reason. We will respond within 3 business days.
